Spaces between the administrative blocks have been designated to semi-public social spaces. These raised platforms provide panoramic urban views into the commercial piazza.

• The multiply-leveled building simultaneously creates horizontal and vertical spatial division of a variety of uses, allowing manipulation of their privacy and interaction between each other in a gradual manner. The experience of privacy gradually increases as we move more into the building massing and away from the semi-private terraces and the open piazza.
• Open Pizza – Public Spaces The horizontal distribution of the public spaces is arranged around the main open piazza which is accessible through different entrances and routes intersection, welcoming and permeable from all directions. With buildings anchored around the piazza, it connects the different levels of the project while maintaining a maximum level of transparency, privacy and visual connection. The mass integrity lies within its ability to create a dialogue with its surrounding arrangement and seamlessly blend into the outer context and its users.
• Instead of a typical reception area, the architectural design integrated a public plaza that transitions visitors from outside to inside. The building is located on the plot in such way that it creates a narrow, yet strong, entrance, which continuously grows larger inside. The design of the public plaza is one of the most important aspects to the project’s success in which it brings the pedestrian into the retail spaces.
