We work on a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial buildings to urban planning and interior design. We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Junior Design Architect to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and update Building Information Models (BIM) throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM workflows.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using software like Navisworks.
- Provide training and support on BIM tools and workflows.
- Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and optimize model efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design (internships included).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for sustainable and innovative design solutions.
