“Mokhtar Office: More than an office, it’s an architectural statement.”
Project Overview
Critical decisions are made within the walls of a competent manager, and as such, the office should be carefully designed to foster an environment that supports thoughtful and confident decision-making. It’s essential that the space reflects qualities that align with the gravity of managerial responsibilities: boldness, confidence, sturdiness, and calm. These attributes are embedded in the design to cultivate an atmosphere where clarity, focus, and authority are naturally evoked. In combination, these qualities ensure that the office is more than just a physical space—it becomes an extension of the manager’s mindset, providing a setting that encourages decisiveness, steady leadership, and thoughtful, strategic thinking.
Design Philosophy:
Ergonomic Furniture: A large, functional desk with ample space for working, organizing, and displaying important documents or projects, along with guest seating to welcome visitors.
Meeting Space: The meeting room is essential to be able to conduct and run meetings efficiently without interruptions
Choice of Material: To reflect the importance and grandeur of the role of the manager along with its reliability and easy maintenance, marble was used as main flooring material and as a decorative element in parts of the walls’ finishes. Combined with elegance of the wood veneers used to finish cabinets and storage units the space the overall aesthetic was achieved.
Design Features:
Clear Visual Connection: The office will benefit from the visual connection between the rooms and the central space as it will promote easy communication between employees.
Branding and Visual Identity: The placement of the logo in the lobby is clear and identifiable, and the consistent colour palette maintains the brand’s identity in all of the office spaces.
Glass Meeting Rooms: Glass meeting rooms allow for open feel while maintaining privacy for the clients. These allow for the discussions and presentations to be conducted more efficiently.
