Position Summary
The Senior Architectural Site Engineer is responsible for all on-site architectural activities. This hands-on role ensures that the project is built in strict accordance with the approved architectural designs, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and site supervision experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site architectural works, including finishes, façades, and interior installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is proceeding according to the approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings and material submittals from contractors.
- Proactively identify and resolve any on-site design conflicts or technical issues.
- Ensure all architectural works comply with quality standards and project timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, documenting site activities and challenges.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP) on-site to ensure proper integration.
- Manage architectural subcontractors and ensure adherence to all site safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in an architectural site engineer role.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings. Expert in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
