Position Summary
The Senior Working Architect (also titled Project Architect) is a key technical role within the Working Department. This position is focused on the execution of detailed drawings and taking responsibility for a project’s technical documentation, ensuring full coordination with all engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all executive architectural drawings, including projections, façades, sectors, detailed sectors, and architectural details.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural and finishing tables.
- Coordinate with all other disciplines, including structural, electrical, and mechanical, to ensure a clash-free and accurate set of documents.
- Take responsibility for a project and carry out its technical work to the fullest extent.
- Coordinate with the Working Team Leader throughout the shop drawing process.
- Submit daily reports explaining the current position of projects, their completion ratios, and timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture.
- Experience: 5-8 years in the same field.
- Strong computer drafting skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commendable understanding of architectural design practices and building constructive works.
- Language: Good command of English.
