Project Overview
The Hurghada Lakeside Enclave is a high-spec residential intervention by Spaces Developments that reinterprets the concept of a coastal gated community.
Strategic Connectivity: Positioned in a prime Hurghada location, the project is engineered to provide a private, self-contained social ecosystem.
Integrated Master Planning: The layout is dictated by a massive, central lagoon system, ensuring that every unit—from standard apartments to premier villas—benefits from direct water views and a cooling microclimate.
Boutique Scaling: By balancing high-density residential blocks with standalone single and twin villas, the developer has created a diverse urban fabric that caters to a wide spectrum of luxury living needs.
Design Philosophy
The philosophy for this enclave represents a unique stylistic departure, blending Northern European gabled silhouettes with Mediterranean materiality.
The "Vertical Peak" Motif: The primary architectural signature is the recurring use of steep, gabled rooflines. This verticality creates a dramatic skyline that contrasts with the flat, horizontal expanse of the lagoons.
Hydro-Centric Layout: Water is treated as the project’s organizational spine. The architecture is designed to "hug" the lagoon's edge, utilizing curvilinear roads and boardwalks to maximize the visual threshold between the built environment and the water.
Tactile Warmth: The design prioritizes a "Warm Modernism". By juxtaposing rough-hewn natural stone accents against smooth white render and light timber soffits, the buildings achieve a sensory connection to the surrounding desert and coastal landscape.
Key Features
These "Hero Elements" distinguish the Spaces Developments brand as a leader in innovative residential design.
The Universal Lagoon Access: A rare master-planning achievement where the water feature is not merely an ornament but a functional amenity that serves the entire project footprint.
Typological Diversity: The enclave offers a curated range of home types, including efficient residential units for modern professionals and expansive Single and Twin Villas for family-oriented seclusion.
Passive Shading & Terracing: Deep architectural recesses and cantilevered balconies provide essential shade for floor-to-ceiling high-performance glazing, ensuring energy efficiency without sacrificing panoramic views.
Pedestrian-First Internal Core: The use of low-profile picket fencing and lush green hedging creates a human-scale streetscape that encourages walking and social interaction within the secure perimeter.
