Old Vic is a landmark destination on Makadi Beach — a grand, theatrically classical building that stands apart from the resort architecture around it. With its domed roof, arched arcades, gold detailing and sculpted entrance, it is designed to be an event in itself: a retail and entertainment address with genuine presence.
Design Philosophy
The style is neo-classical / Victorian revival — grand, ornate and unapologetically theatrical, engineered to become a landmark.
Key Features
A Victorian Landmark on the Red Sea
A blue-grey classical façade, ornate detailing, caryatid figures and a striking Art-Deco-inspired entrance give the building a bold, memorable identity. It reads as a piece of theatre — a destination that draws people in by its sheer character.
