Project Overview
The ATA Hurghada Compound is a premier residential destination that prioritizes high-spec urban living within a secure gated environment.
Prime Strategic Location: Situated in the heart of Hurghada, the project is engineered to maximize its proximity to the coastline.
Comprehensive Unit Mix: The development features approximately 650 units, offering a versatile range of typologies including efficient studios, and curated 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments.
Market-Centric Innovation: Designed by ATA Developments, the project addresses the growing demand for high-quality, investment-grade coastal real estate in Egypt’s most popular resort city.
Design Philosophy
The architectural philosophy centers on "Flowing Tectonics," creating a structure that feels both solid and weightless.
Continuous Ribbon Balconies: The primary visual signature is the use of thick, white horizontal bands that wrap around the building’s perimeter. These "ribbons" serve as continuous balconies, providing essential passive shading while creating a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette.
Curvilinear Corner Articulation: Moving away from rigid geometry, the building utilizes softened, rounded corners. This formal move allows the structure to "turn" toward the sea, optimizing panoramic views for the majority of the units.
Tectonic Contrast: The design employs a high-contrast material palette. The purity of the white horizontal elements is juxtaposed against deep-grey textured stone cladding and warm timber accents, grounding the building in a modern, luxury aesthetic.
Key Features
These "Hero Elements" distinguish the ATA Hurghada project as a flagship residential offering.
The Rooftop Clubhouse: A premier social anchor, the rooftop is dedicated to an exclusive clubhouse and lounge. This elevated pavilion offers a 360-degree vantage point, providing residents with an elite communal space overlooking the Red Sea horizon.
Optimized Sea Views: The U-shaped master plan is strategically oriented toward the coast, ensuring that the majority of units benefit from expansive sea views and constant sea breezes.
The Aquatic Courtyard: The heart of the compound features a multi-tiered pool system, including formal lap pools and casual lounging lagoons. Sunken sunbeds and integrated palm groves create a lush, resort-like microclimate within the secure perimeter.
Indoor-Outdoor Fusion: Large-format, high-performance glazing and expansive glass balustrades erase the boundary between the internal living spaces and the coastal environment, flooding every unit with natural light.
